Use a flexible tape measure or a ribbon to measure around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you typically wear the bracelet.

If you’re using a plain ribbon, mark the point where it meets and forms a full circle. Use a pen or pencil to mark this overlap, and then measure the length from the marked point. This measurement represents your wrist size.
