RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Adesa provides free 3 DAY RETURN POLICY and store credit for return after 3 days
  • Adesa wants you to be completely delighted with your piece of jewellery. In any case if you are not satisfied with the jewellery piece, all products are eligible for return with 100% refund within 3 days under these cases:
  • Packaging and condition of the product should be same as the time it was delivered
  • Product should not have been worn or used or show signs for the same
  • Product should not have been tampered with or altered by a third party jeweller
  • For personalised and customised pieces, there is no return or exchange
  • For items bought in sale, there is no return or exchange
  • While returning, please make sure the packaging is intact and the original invoice and certifications (if any) are returned as well.
  • Once the product reaches us, we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours. In case of online payment, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours. It may take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. In case of cash payment, the refund will be initiated via bank transfer. Adesa has complete authority to determine if the product is eligible for return.
  • In case, the product is returned after 3 days, the customer will receive store credit for the same amount to make future purchases from the store.
  • In case of exchange, if the new product prices exceeds the old product price, the difference will be charged on the customer. It can either be paid online or by cash. Once the product comes for exchange, our Quality Control team will evaluate the product according to the eligibility criteria.

For exchange, all products are eligible for under these cases:

  • Condition of the product should be same as the time it was delivered
  • Product should not have shown signs of misuse
  • Product should not have been tampered with or altered by a third party jeweller
  • For personalised and customised pieces, there is no exchange
  • For items bought in sale, there is no exchange
  • In case of wrong or incorrect product delivered, the customer should inform within 24 hours of delivery and the exchange or return will be handled completely by Adesa.
  • Please note: In case of COD, Rs 500 for delivery costs will not be refunded
